Lucy Sock

Lucy Sock was bred and owned in Virginia. The American Stud Book says her sire was Clockfast* [AmSB 1:680], however, Clockfast* covered from 1785 to 1788 in Virginia, and, probably, in 1789 in North Carolina. Her sire was probably Clockfast (gr c 1790c Clockfast* - Medley* - Wildair [Syme's] - Spanking Roger, &c) [AmSB 1:720].
